Pawlicki
Mr. Pawlicki is Vice President of Burgess Vector. Prior to co-founding
Burgess Vector, Mr. Pawlicki served as the Manager of Business
Development at the Wyoming Research Products Center. In this capacity,
he was responsible for developing and implementing the marketing
strategies for the University of Wyoming's Intellectual Property
Portfolio.

Mr. David Bausback
Mr. Bausback, an Advisor to Burgess Vector, is a raw materials sales
and marketing professional with with 20 years experience selling
inorganic minerals, and semi-fabricated metal products to industrial
customers across North America. He is currently the Vice President
& General Manager for Pechiney Canada as well as the Ceramic
Products Division Manager for Pechiney World Trade USA, where he
founded the operation and grew it to $20million in revenue in 1999.

Mr. Keith Johnson
Mr. Johnson, an Advisor for Burgess Vector, has a BA in Biochemistry
from Kalamazoo College, a MBA in international business and marketing
from Michigan State, and a law degree from the University of San
Diego. After initial training in the product brand management program
at Procter & Gamble, he has worked for the last 15 years in biotech
business development and licensing. Before joining Transgenomic
his last position was Director of Intellectual Property, Technology
Development and Licensing at Integra LifeSciences in Plainsboro,
NJ. He is a member of the state bars of California, Washington and
New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the USPTO.
